DMS Properties, LLC was formed in 2008 by Dale M. Servetnick and Terri H. Osburne to provide residential property management services for Maryland property owners.

Terri brings to the table her many years of experience working in the homebuilding and construction industry and also has a background in Human Resources. Her organizational skills and experience dealing with subcontractors on various new home construction jobs is invaluable. She'll help you get started with the process of rental listings, applications, or arranging for maintenance of the property.

Terri is originally from North Carolina but has lived in Charles County, MD for 7 years.  She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelors Degree in Business.  After graduation, she began her career in the real estate/home building industry, and worked in the industry for over 10 years.  In addition to her years of experience, Terri is a licensed REALTOR in Maryland. She has the knowledge and skills to provide the excellent service you need!  From the application process, to tenant relations and home maintenance, Terri has the background and experience to ensure a smooth and seamless transition.

Dale has been a licensed REALTOR affiliated with Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc. since 2002. That followed 26 years of Federal Service within the United States Department of the Treasury. He handles many properties owned by relocation companies and banks (after foreclosure) and maintains the properties for them before and during the listing period.

Dale and Terri are both members of the Southern Maryland Association of Realtors, the Maryland Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

• 10475 Danwin Court, Waldorf, MD 20601 -- This home is being maintained for PRIMACY Relocation through Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc. and is currently listed for sale.

• 6803 Melbourne Avenue, Deale, MD 20751 -- This home is being maintained for the owner and is currently listed for sale.

• 3827 Lakewood Place, Waldorf, MD 20602 -- This home is an REO (foreclosure) property being maintained for the Lender, and is currently listed for sale.

• 3276 Ryon Court, Waldorf, MD 20601 -- This home is an REO (foreclosure) property being maintained for the Lender through Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc., and is currently listed for sale.
