One of the most important times that a potential home buyer should use the services of an experienced Realtor like me as their Buyer Representative is when they are buying a new home from a builder. I have compiled this list of New Home Communities that are under construction in Charles County. There are an incredible number of communities listed here and new ones seem to open up every day. I am working hard as "YOUR Maryland Internet Realtor" to gather as much information about each of these communities as possible to help you decide which one is right for you and, hopefully, save you a lot of time driving around. Unfortunately, I have found that many builders do not believe that it is important to share information with us about their communities. The information that I have provided below is the most recent information that I have been able to obtain. I have now added a section that will show you Charles County New MLS Homes. These are homes that are under construction and have been listed by Realtors. It is very easy to obtain information about these homes. Feel free to Contact Me for information about these communities. I am NOT affiliated with any of these builders and will gladly work with you as your Buyer's Agent to help you buy your new home. The Co-op fee that a builder pays may have an impact on the costs that you will incur, and I'll be happy to explain that to you when we discuss the purchasing process. It is important, though, that you don't visit the community alone because we need to register for the builder to recognize that you have a Buyer's Agent.
